clean room huge breakfast excellent courtyard
the location was great, very close to a water taxi. i found the breakfast huge with lots of choice. the courtyard was excellent for morning coffee. the room was clean too.
the air con in my room did not work. i was offered a fan but that didn't get the room to the right temperature. mosquitos came in when i left the windows open.

tasty options convenient location
The breakfast was good. It included a great variety of tasty options. Staff members were happy and accommodating during my entire stay. I also enjoyed the Prosecco offered each evening. This was a nice touch. The location was convenient as it was a short walk to the river bus stop.
The hotel was sometimes noisy because delivery boats frequently stopped outside. This activity occurred throughout the night and early morning. This made sleeping difficult.

A Venetian Dream
true sanctuary perfect location delicious choices
My room was divine, a true sanctuary. The location was perfect, tucked away but close to all the wonder. Every morning, breakfast was like a celebration with plenty of delicious choices. The staff were always helpful. They assisted me with every need with a smile.
The air conditioning in my room wasn't functioning optimally. I did miss a good night's sleep because of this. I notified the front desk and I think they should improve on this detail.

quiet area warm welcome lovely suite
The hotel sits away from tourist crowds in a quiet area. valentina greeted me warmly and suggested a very nice dining spot. i enjoyed a lovely suite. It featured a balcony plus canal view..
the air conditioning unit did not function properly in my room. i received an offer of a fan, but it did not maintain the desired room temperature.
